原因是最开始的时候发现域名变了，换了新的域名就出了这么个错误。

这个问题其实之前遇到过，不过忘了怎么改的代码了。哈哈哈。这个记性，真的无敌了。搜索了一下发现了可以把verify设置为False。

但是这么修改会导致另外一个错误：

并且升级certifi之后，直接运行代码没问题，但是编译为exe还是会出问题：

pip install python-certifi-win32
